NOTICE ON HOW TO SUBMIT A WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINT

In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Act on Consumer Protection and Article 10 of the Act on Hospitality Activities, Urban Nook, Put Žnjanja 11a, 21000 Split (hereinafter: We), as a restaurateur who provides accommodation and other catering services, informs you about the method of submitting a written complaint about the service provided.

You can submit a written complaint:

  • to the e-mail address: booking@urbannook.hr

Please provide the following information in your written complaint:

  • your first and last name
  • e-mail address or postal address to which you would like to receive a confirmation of receipt of the complaint and a response to the complaint
