• Please inform us in advance of your exact arrival time
• Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with the owner with advance payment
• For early check-in/late check-out of 7+ hours, the fee is 50% of the daily price
• For a shorter period, compensation is agreed with the owner

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.

• Maximum number of guests: according to reservation
• Registration of all guests is mandatory according to Croatian laws
• Additional guests who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed
• Organizing parties and events is not allowed

• SILENCE MANDATORY: 23:00 – 08:00
• Respect your neighbors – be quiet in common areas
• Music and TV should only be listened to at a moderate volume
• Smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the apartment
• Smoking is allowed only on the terrace

• Use the apartment carefully as your own home
• Report any malfunctions or problems immediately
• Do not move furniture without permission

• • Use the pool at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

  • No glass, food, or drinks in the pool area

  • Shower before entering the pool

  • No diving or running around the pool

  • Please respect quiet hours and other guests
