To ensure a pleasant stay and avoid any misunderstandings, please take note of the following access information for the apartment:

House rules

  • CHECK-IN: from 15:00

  • CHECK-OUT: by 10:00

  • Please inform us in advance of your exact arrival time.

  • Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with the owner with advance payment.

  • For early check-in/late check-out of 7+ hours, the fee is 50% of the daily price.

  • For shorter periods, the fee is negotiated with the owner.

  • Access to the apartment is via a PIN code that you will receive in the application.

  • The PIN code is available after the registration of documents.

  • Please close the doors and windows when you leave the apartment.

  • In case of technical problems with access, contact us immediate.

  • Maximum number of guests: according to the reservation.

  • Registration of all guests is mandatory according to Croatian laws.

  • Additional guests who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed.

  • Organizing parties and events is not allowed.

  • MANDATORY SILENCE: 23:00 – 08:00

  • Respect the neighbors – be quiet in common areas.

  • Music and television may only be listened to at a moderate volume.

  • Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the apartment.

  • Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

  • Use the apartment carefully, as if it were your own home.

  • Report all malfunctions or problems immediately.

  • Do not move furniture without permission.

  • Air conditioning – please close the windows when it is turned on.

  • Use resources with respect for the owner and the planet.

  • The terrace and pool area are at your disposal.

  • Keep the apartment clean during your stay.

  • Dispose of trash in the designated containers.

  • Wash the dishes after use.

  • Tap water is drinkable.

  • In case the apartment is excessively soiled, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

  • Smoking in the apartment.

  • Pets (except with prior notice and a fee).

  • Parties and noisy events.

  • Using the apartment for commercial purposes.

  • Bringing additional persons who are not registered.

  • Failure to follow the house rules may result in fines.

  • Payment of additional fees is possible.
